Preparation and Usage
Shopping list440g beef or 1/2 cauliflowerEasy Madras for 41 Fry the strips of beef or diced cauliflower for 5 mins in a little oil until sealed.2. Add the sauce and simmer for 15 mins until the meat or vegetables are cooked through.Try adding a handful of diced courgettes whilst simmering the sauce.

Instructions
Hob - Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan.- Add 440g beef strips* and stir fry until meat is sealed and browned (approx. 5 mins).- Pour over the jar of sauce and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.*Alternatively, use prawns, mixed vegetables, lamb or beef. Adjust simmer time accordingly
