A store cupboard staple: no mess; no waste. Simply fry onion and ginger. Sizzle the spice paste to release flavours and brown your meat or vegetables. Ripple through coconut milk and double cream and simmer until all cooked through. Garnish with fresh coriander to serve. Shopping List1 small onion1cm piece of ginger2 chicken breasts200ml coconut milk30ml double creamFresh corianderEasy Chicken Korma Curry for 21 Fry diced onion in 1 tbsp of oil until soft. Add the finely chopped ginger, followed by the Paste Pot and sizzle to release the flavours. Fill the empty pot with water, add to the pan and cook until evaporated.2 Add diced chicken and sear, ripple through the coconut milk and cream.Simmer uncovered for 15 mins until the chicken is cooked through. Garnish with fresh coriander to serve.Try with 200g paneer and add a cup of green peas to the simmering the sauce.Slice a fresh green chilli with your paste, for a little extra spice.
