Shopping list: Chicken (300g)

  1. Add Chicken, 2 tbsp of oil and the spice rub in a bowl and mix well, making sure the chicken is evenly coated.
  2. Oven: Place the coated chicken on an oven tray and cook in a pre-heated oven at 190°C for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  3. Serve: Enjoy hot with salad and chips or Patak's Masala Wedges.
