Passoa Passion Fruit Liqueur 70cl

Passoã passion fruit liqueur is a flavoured liqueur made with natural passionfruit. It is the essential ingredient to make a Pornstar Martini, a new classic cocktail, and has been a fundamental feature in bars all over the world since 1986.

Passoã is the world's top passion fruit liqueur, made with real passion fruit and contains no artificial flavours.

Passoã is a key ingredient in a Pornstar Martini, the UK's favourite cocktail.

Pornstar Martini

• 40ml Passoã
• 40ml Vodka
• 10ml Vanilla Vodka
• 10ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 1 Passion Fruit
• 35ml Prosecco

Method:

1. In a shaker filled with ice add Passoã, vodka, vanilla syrup, lime juice and the pulp of half a passion fruit. Give it a good shake!
2. Strain and pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the other half passion fruit. Serve with a shot of prosecco.

Passoã Mojito

• 15ml Passoã
• 50ml Mount Gay Eclipse
• 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 15ml Sugar Syrup
• Soda Water
• 6 Mint Leaves

Method:

1. Muddle the lime juice, sugar syrup and mint leaves in a glass, crushing the mint as you go.
2. Add a handful of ice and pour over the rum and Passoã. Stir with a long-handled spoon.
3. Top up with soda water to taste and garnish with mint.
