This rosé wine is a beautifully pale, salmon-coloured wine from France. Elegantly fragrant, with aromas of wild strawberries, citrus and delicate floral notes. Round and creamy on the palate, with a refreshing acidity and silky smooth finish.
The grapes are sourced from well tended, low yielding bush vines. Large rolled stones in the vineyards radiate heat and aid grape maturation while cool winds sweep off the nearby Mediterranean Sea to help keep the vines cool during the intense summer heat.
