Care instructions:

1. Remove the lid from the bottle and pushthe slider to the open position.
2. While in the open position, hold the slider inplace with your thumb while pulling onthe back edge to pop it out of the lid.
3. Flip the lid over.
4. To remove the piece underneath the lid,push it away from the spout, twist it 90degrees, and pull it out.
5. Remove gasket around lid.
