- Do not wear gloves over the Hand Warmer.
- Do not use while sleeping, or near a heat source.
- Do not put the Hand Warmer in footwear as temperature can rise suddenly and pad may expand
- Do not apply pressure, for example by lying or sitting on the Hand Warmer.
- Discontinue use immediately if the skin becomes red, itchy or painful.
- Do not use the Hand Warmer on children, babies or on people who are incapable of removing the pad themselves.
- Do not leave elderly person unattended while using a Hand Warmer.
- Do not use the Hand Warmer over an area with the presence of redness, inflammation, broken/bruised or open wound or irritated skin.
- Do not use the Hand Warmer in conjunction with other creams, rubs or lotions applied to the skin or with/near to other heat sources.
- Consult with your doctor first if you have rheumatoid arthritis, poor circulation, nerve damage, sensory impairment, a skin condition, are diabetic or pregnant.
- Do not put in a plastic bin/bag when the Instant Hand Warmer is warm.
- Discard appropriately.

Preparation and Usage Directions for use: - Open the sachet by hand (do not cut).
- Stand for 5 minutes to get warm, it reaches maximum heat within approximately 20 minutes.
- The hand warmer is air activated; do not open the sachet until ready to use.
- Use one hand warmer at a time.
- Ensure hand warmer is cold before discarding in a household bin. Otherwise discard in a metal bin.
