Preparation and Usage: Clean your nose, remove the cap, prime the device by pressing the button five times the first time you use it. Place the nozzle into your nostril vertically and press the button to spray a metered dose while breathing in gently through the nose. Repeat in the other nostril. Clean and dry the nozzle before replacing the cap.
