Preparation

Directions: (For preparation of 35 falafel balls)
1) Empty contents of sachet into a bowl.
2) Add ~ 1 cup (240ml) of water and stir well.
3) Let mix rest for 7-8 minutes.
4) Preheat vegetable oil in saucepan.
5) Form small balls with slightly wetted hands.
6) Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
