Good sources of this substance are fruits and vegetables (such as red and green peppers, kiwi, broccoli, strawberries, and Brussels sprouts). Vitamin C can also be obtained through drinking juices, such as orange or grapefruit juice. Fruits rich in vitamin C often also contain bioflavonoids.
