What you'll need:
- 250ml Vita Coco Organic Coconut Water
- 1 Banana
- 120g Frozen berries (or fresh, plus 2-3 ice cubes)
- 1 tsp Chia seeds (optional)
To make:
1. Add all of the ingredients into the jug of a blender
2. Blend until smooth
3. Pour into a glass and serve - or for a summer twist, pour into an ice lolly mould for a treat the whole family can enjoy!
