Add two heaped scoops of Serious Mass (334 g) to a blender filled with 710 ml of water and blend for 45-60 seconds. Add a few ice cubes and, if desired, other calorie-contributing ingredients, then blend for a further 30-45 seconds. For a thicker, creamier, higher-calorie shake, mix two scoops with 710 ml of nonfat or lowfat milk instead of water. New users may prefer to begin with ½ serving daily for the first week, then gradually increase to one or more full servings several times a day. Suggested timing: drink ½-1 serving between meals to maintain a positive nitrogen balance; consume ½-1 serving 30-45 minutes post-workout to support recovery; or take ½-1 serving about 45-60 minutes before bed to provide nutrients overnight.
