How to use

• Improving the aroma and microclimate of rooms (at home, at workplace, in the sauna):
  • bowl of boiling water: 6-10 drops per 1 litre of water - leave in a ventilated room until it stops steaming
  • air humidifiers and diffusers: 5-8 drops per 1 litre of water
  • oil burners/candle diffusers and fragrance lamps: 3-4 drops per water tank
  • aromatherapy bath: add 3-6 drops in a bathtub
  • aromatherapy massage: 1 drop per 1 tablespoon of Optima Natura carrier oil

Hazards and Cautions

• Use only after appropriate dilution, according to the directions for use and recommendations.
• Do not apply the product undiluted directly to the skin. To avoid allergic reactions, it is recommended to test on a small patch of skin before use (dilute a drop of oil in a tablespoon of vegetable oil and apply to the skin).
• Avoid contact with eyes. If the product gets into eyes, rinse immediately with water.
• Do not use the product immediately before exposing the skin to sunlight or artificial UV radiation (e.g., tanning beds, quartz lamps) - this applies especially to citrus oils.
• For external use only.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store away from sunlight and at temperatures 15-25 degrees Celsius.
• DISPOSAL: Follow local waste management regulations. Dispose of empty packaging in an appropriate container according to waste segregation guidelines.
