Preparation and Usage
Recommended use
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with breakfast. Take every day during antibiotics course, and for a few days afterwards or until the pack has been finished. Can be used on an ongoing basis for those on long term antibiotics.

The strains in this product have been specifically researched alongside antibiotics, and unlike many other live cultures supplements, are suitable to be taken at the same time as antibiotics.
