Cooking Guidelines: Oven cook - From Chilled : 200°C / 400°F / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 / 30 mins. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place container onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of a preheated oven. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Serve.
Microwave - From Chilled : 700W 8 1/2 mins / 900W 7 mins. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place directly into microwave and heat on full power for 5 minutes (700W), 4 minutes (900W). Leave to stand for 1 minute. Heat on full power for a further 3 minutes 30 seconds (700W), 3 minutes (900W). Leave to stand for 1 minute and serve.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark shown and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in a fridge before heating and use within 24 hours. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
