Preparation: Place ½ heaped tsp of matcha into a mug or bowl. Add a few drops of 80°C water and mix to create a paste. Fill with more 80°C water and whisk until frothy and smooth.
Storage: Refrigerate once opened.
Top Tip: Always use a tea strainer! Quality matcha is an ultra-fine microscopic powder meaning it easily becomes electrostatically charged and forms lumps, this is why the strainer is such an important tool in the preparation of the perfect cup of matcha.
