Preparation and Usage
To create Smoky BBQ Fajitas:1. Slice 400g chicken, 1 onion and 2 peppers into thin strips.2. Add a splash of oil and heat your pan, then cook the chicken until cooked through.3. Throw in the onions, peppers and mix in the Smoky BBQ Fajita Cooking Sauce.4. Sizzle away stiring or tossing until the chicken is golden, keeping the veg crunchy.5. Warm the Old El Paso „Soft Flour Tortillas, add a dollop of our Old El Paso „Thick 'n' Chunky Salsa and simply roll and enjoy!Serves 2-3.

Shake well before useServes 2-3For Fajitas1. Slice 400g chicken breasts into thin strips (add fresh sliced peppers and onions if desired)2. Heat oil in a pan until piping hot3. Stir fry chicken over a medium heat until brown and thoroughly cooked4. Add Fajita cooking sauce and gently cook for 10 minutes5. Place 2 tablespoon of chicken filling into centre of a warmed flour tortilla6. Roll and enjoy!For Chicken & Rice1. Simply follow steps 1 to 4 above2. Cook some rice as per instructions on pack3. Serve and enjoy!

To Make 8 Fajitas, You Will Need...400g chicken breast, 1 red bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper, 1 onion, 8 tortillas, Old El Paso Thick 'N Chunky Salsa.1. Slice the chicken, peppers and onion into thin strips. Pan-Fry the Chicken in a little oil until it turns golden, over a medium-high heat. Throw in the onions, peppers and the Fajita Cooking Sauce. Sizzle Away for 5 minutes stirring occasionally or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.2. Heat the Tortillas according to instructions on pack.3. Serve warm tortillas, steaming chicken with crunchy vegs and our Old El Paso Thick 'N Chunky Salsa for topping on the table.
