Preparation and usage
To make fajitas just add:
Serves 3-4 amigos 15 mins
1 - Slice the chicken, peppers and onions into thin strips. Pan-fry the chicken in a little oil until thoroughly cooked, over a medium-high heat. Throw in the onions, peppers and sprinkle over the seasoning mix sachet. Sizzle away for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
2 - Heat the tortillas as indicated on pack.
3 - Serve warm tortillas, steaming chicken with crunchy vegs and salsa for topping on the table.
