Preparation and usage

To make 8 fajitas, just add...

• 500g chicken fillet, thinly sliced
• 1 red onion, sliced
• 2 peppers, thinly sliced
• Crispy lettuce
• 8 Tortillas salsa for topping

Serves 3-4 amigos 15 mins

• 1. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sizzle chicken over high heat for 5 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Add onion, peppers and seasoning mix, and sizzle for a further 5 minutes.
• 2. Heat the tortillas according to instructions on pack.
• 3. Load tortillas with lettuce, charred chicken, onion, pepper and salsa.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place.
