To Make Chili Con CarneJust add...500g minced beef400g canned chopped tomatoes1 onion400g drained canned Kidney beansServes 3-4 Amigos20 Mins1 Chop the onion in small dices. In a large sauce pan, cook the minced beef and the onions in a little oil on a medium-high heat until the meat turns brown, stirring continuously. Drain off the excess liquid.2 Sprinkle over the seasoning mix and pour in the canned chopped tomatoes. Bring to boil, reduce the heat and simmer uncovered for 12 minutes over a low-medium heat.3 Add the kidney beans to the chili con carne. give a good stir and simmer for additional 3 minutes. Serve immediately on the table.
