For the perfect scramble

Medium heat 3 minutes
1 serving = 110ml (2 eggs)
For more servings just cook for longer!

Microwave: From Ambient

In a microwavable container cook uncovered for:
Step 1 800w - 40s, 1100w - 30s, 1800w - 20s
Step 2 Scramble
Step 3 800w - 60s, 1100w - 30s, 1800w - 20s
Step 4 Scramble, season & serve

Shallow fry: From Ambient

Pre-heat a non-stick pan on medium heat with 1 tsp oil. Pour in Oggs® and scramble immediately. Spread evenly and cook through for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Stirring occasionally. Season and serve.
