A mix of sweet, succulent flame roasted red and yellow peppers ripened by the Mediterranean sun.
Harvested during August & September when the peppers have turned a brilliant shade of red and yellow, then flame roasted on the day they are picked.
Ideal for salads, pasta dishes, pizzas and stuffings.
Ingredients: Red and Yellow Peppers (78%), Water, Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Sea Salt. Batch production is based on 50/50 red & yellow ratio but there may be slight variations in each jar.
Advisory Information: Our peppers are flame roasted so small charred flecks will appear within this product.
Directions: Store in a cool and dry place. Reject if lid button is up before opening. Refrigerate after opening, keep covered in brine and consume within 1 week.
