Our small preserved Beldi lemons have a distinctive citrus flavour which is balanced by the saltiness of the brine they are stored in. Use these thin skinned lemons to add an lovely citrus flavour and delicate aroma to a wide range of dishes. The classic ingredient for tagines, they are also perfect when halved and added to tray bakes, stews, roast potatoes, meat or vegetables. Try adding finely chopped peices to salads, dressings & relishes.
