Pine & Fir Tree Honey
Pine & Fir Tree Honey
Great Taste Award 2 stars
Naturally lower in sugars
Produced by artisan beekeeper, Alexandros Gousiaris, in the small village of Ilias in central Greece, our honey is extracted cold and is unpasteurised and unfiltered so the full flavour and beneficial properties of the nectar and pollen remain. Alexandros ensures his bees are protected during the winter months then moved during spring and summer to areas where conifers grow in abundance.
This robust Greek honey is produced for us by Alexandros Gousiaris. He lovingly tends his bees all year round, ensuring they are protected in winter & moved during summer & autumn to areas of Greece where conifers grow in abundance.
