Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 500 ml


  • Well balanced oil, ideal for finishing dishes and dressing salads or roasted vegetables.
  • A burst of mixed salad leaves and sorrel in the mouth with aromas of green bananas and apples and a distinctive but gentle bitterness.
  • High in monounsaturated fat.

The oil is made with olives that are harvested at the beginning of the season while they are still young and very green to produce a complex medium to robust oil with notes of fresh green herbs and citrus fruits.


Produced with hand-picked young Megaritiki olives from groves in the Nemea region of Peloponnese in mainland Greece.
