The recipe for our Alexandria olives features a warm, aromatic marinade that adds a gentle spiciness to this mix of natural black Kalamata and green Konservolia olives. The olives are infused with Greek extra virgin olive oil, sweet chilli flakes and cumin; be sure to save the oil once the olives are finished as it's great as a salad dressing, to gently fry eggs in or to drizzle over roasted vegetables.
Produced specially for Odysea at the Rovies Grove on the Island of Evia in Greece, where the olives are still hand picked and packed, this traditional method of harvesting reduces the likelihood of bruising and damage to the fruit
