Recipes: Apple Crumble Porridge by OcadoLife. Cook time: 10 mins. Serves: 2. Ingredients: 2 organic apples, 1 handful of coconut flakes, 80g of oats, 1 handful of granola, 2tsp of coconut oil, 2tbsp of maple syrup, 2tbsp of sultanas, 400ml of almond milk, 1tsp of ground cinnamon. Method: Step 1 Grate one apple, cube the other. Sauté the apple cubes with half the coconut oil, maple syrup and cinnamon. Remove from the pan and set aside. Step 2 Put the grated apple and sultanas in the pan and soften with the remaining coconut oil, maple syrup and cinnamon. Stir in the oats and milk and cook until thickened. Add more milk if you like it a little looser, and more maple syrup if you like it sweeter. Step 3 Serve topped with the cubed apple, a sprinkling of granola and coconut flakes.
