Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted and consume within 1 day.
Instructions
Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw poultry. Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods.

Oven: 190C / Fan 170C / Gas 5.

Preheat the oven. Place chicken in a roasting tin in the centre of the oven and cook for 40 mins per kg plus 20 mins basting occasionally.
Refer to front of pack for cooking time.

Top Tip:
Once cooked, let it rest it for 15-20 minutes before carving. Add the leftover cooking juices to your gravy for a deliciously rich flavour.
