This succulent and tender gammon joint is perfect for a Sunday roast or a midweek meal. Made from British pork, this has been prepared to ensure to enjoy the mild, salty flavour in every delicious bite. Roast in the oven with herbs and spices for a classic Sunday lunch and serve with a side of potatoes and your favourite vegetables. Use any leftovers, to liven up your sandwiches, salads and soups.

Keep refrigerated 0 to +5ºC. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Do not exceed the Use By date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted and consume within 1 day.
Remove outer packaging, leaving inner casing on. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. Oven: 190ºC / Fan 170ºC / Gas 5, 1 hour 30 mins. Place joint in a roasting tray and loosely cover with foil. Cook in the centre of the oven. Remove foil for the last 30 minutes. Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes and remove inner casing before carving. Hob: 45 mins. Place joint in a large saucepan with enough cold water to cover it. Bring to the boil and place the lid on the saucepan. Simmer on a low heat. Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes and remove inner casing before carving. All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
