If you think drinking fibre sounds strange, wait till you hear what some of them are called! And what's even stranger to me is that I can't mention the name without including a long footnote. But that's ok, it's a pretty interesting and hearty footnote, and I recommend it wholeheartedly while making a hand-heart with my fingers, if you know what I mean. Oh, and the fibres are called oat beta-glucans.
