Storage: Can be kept in the store cupboard until best before date. Once opened consume within 4 weeks.
Preparation and Usage: Combine the contents of the Panang Curry Mix with 400ml of coconut milk and bring to a boil. Add 800g of your choice of meat, chicken, fish or vegetables and stir to mix well. Cook on a gentle heat until the protein is cooked. Fish & vegetables will only take 5 to 8 minutes to cook and chicken 25 to 30 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish and serve with steamed rice.
