Warnings: Honey may naturally crystallise at low temperatures. If so stand in hot water until it becomes clear again.

Cooking Instructions: Oven cook: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place chorizo in an ovenproof dish in the centre of the oven. Cook for 15 minutes. Drizzle the honey over the chorizo and cook for a further 5 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Caution: Take care as product will be extremely hot. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 20 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack.
