1. Remove the lid from the buffer and place the tube into the holder marked on the box.
2. Insert the swab tip into nostril and rotate 5-10 times. Repeat for other nostril.

Read results at 10 minutes. Do not interpret results after 20 minutes.

3. Insert swab into extraction tube and rotate for 10-15 seconds before removing swab.
4. Attach buffer tube tip, mix solution and dispense 3 drops into each sample well (S).
