Directions:
Dependant on personal taste fill a glass or drinks bottle with 250-400ml of cold water, add one stick (8g) of Cognifuel, stir or shake and enjoy. We recommend one serving of Cognifuel either at breakfast or after lunch, do not take on an empty stomach. Do not exceed two servings of Cognifuel daily.
