• Wrap support around to achieve desired level of compression
• Ensure pressure pad is in position & secure fastener until comfortable

To size, measure waist circumference

• Small: 60-70cm (23.6-27.6in)
• Medium: 70-85cm (27.6-33.5in)
• Large: 85-100cm (33.5-39.4in)
• Extra Large: 100-115cm (39.4-45.3in)
• Extra Extra Large: 115-135cm (45.3-53.1in)

Hand wash cold (do not use fabric softener). Dry flat. Do not tumble dry or dry clean. Do not bleach. Do not iron.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
