• Place brace across back, as if putting on a jacket. Pull main fastener across back and waist and fasten.
• Pull long fasteners from front to back in a criss/cross motion (as illustrated on box), continuing to pull back around the front of the body and secure into position.
• Adjust each of the straps and comfort pads until secure and comfortable.

• The product should be applied as illustrated on the product box.
