Pull support over hand & into position, with silicone cushions on either side of the elbow joint. Smooth out any creases

Hand wash cold (do not use fabric softener). Dry flat. Do not tumble dry or dry clean. Do not bleach. Do not iron.

• Smooth out any creases and check support is secure but comfortable
