Ingredients: Oats (75%), Sugar, Chia seeds (Salvia hispanica) (4%), Dried Mulberry pieces (3%), Flax seeds (3%), Natural flavouring and Sea Salt.

Directions: Shake the pack and mix 50g with 200ml of your favourite milk and simmer on the hob for about 2 mins, stirring occasionally, or cook on full power in the microwave (900W) for 2 mins.
Serving Suggestions: Try adding your own mixed nuts and fruits. Combine dry porridge mix with dates, nut butter, and seeds to make energy balls. Use in baking to make superfood flapjacks.
