Our high-strength Fish Oil is a concentrated and purified form of essential fatty acids, especially EPA and DHA. Supporting the maintenance and normal function of your heart, DHA also helps maintain normal brain function and vision*. 

If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, upping your intake of DHA could help contribute to your baby's normal brain development. 

Each 1200mg Fish Oil soft gel provides a total of 720mg of Omega-3 Essential Fatty Acids, including 388mg of EPA and 260mg of DHA (as triglycerides). 

Our Super Strength Fish Oil is sourced from small oily fish that live in the South Pacific Ocean, including anchovies, sardines and pilchards. To ensure pollutants such as heavy metals, PCBs and dioxins have been removed, our Fish Oil undergoes a complete purification process.

*Beneficial effect from 250mg DHA daily.
