Natural Birthing Co Pure Bliss Soothing Postnatal Compress Solution has been developed by Midwives to comfort and relieve the feeling of soreness following birth. This natural blend of Hypericum and Calendula will soothe and calm your tender intimate areas, allowing you to feel more comfortable.

The solution is used diluted to create cold compresses to apply directly to the perineal area following birth. Suitable for use on stitches and haemorrhoids.

Always read the label

Aqua, Alcohol denat, Calendula Officinalis flower extract, Hypericum perforatum.

Directions:

Add 1-2 pipettes of Pure Bliss to a bowl of cold water. Disperse well & submerge a clean sanitary pad into the solution, squeeze the pad gently and place against the perineum for up to 30 minutes. The compress can be refreshed in the cold solution during this time to maintain the cold temperature. We also suggest laying on a towel in bed to prevent getting anything wet! Alternatively add 2-3 pipettes of Pure Bliss into a cold sitz bath/bidet.
