Natural Birthing Co Cool It Mama has been developed by Midwives to support a multitude of pregnancy worries such as hot flushes, mood swings, nausea, swollen ankles or just generally flagging and feeling in the need of a “pick me up”.

A combination Ylang Ylang, Bergamot and Grapefruit in a sweet Orange Blossom flower water with a touch of menthol can be used all over to cool, calm, refresh and revitalise. In fact you don’t have to be pregnant to use this product as anyone can enjoy its benefits!

Directions:

Gently mist over face and body with eyes closed, use as often as required.
