- A mix of sustainably foraged dried mushrooms including Girolles, Trompette de la Mort and Cep.

- Trompette de la Mort:   grey-black flesh with a rich, nutty flavour

- Cep: Sliced beige mushrooms with intense, aromatic notes.

- Girolles: whole golden mushrooms with a dense, buttery texture.  

- Sourced for us by foragers in Bosnia and Russia, where the mild, wet climate is ideal for wild mushrooms.  

Take it further

- Infuse in hot water, slow cook with venison.

- Soak in white wine, use in a   risotto base.
