Ingredients Sugar, Salt, Garlic Powder (12%), Herbs (Thyme, Oregano, Basil, Parsley), Spices (Paprika, Black Pepper, African Bird's Eye Chilli, Red Chilli Pepper), Dextrose, Dried Red Bell Pepper, Dried Onion, Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Sodium Diacetate), Rapeseed Oil, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Colour (Paprika Extract)

Preparation and usage Rub onto chicken, meat and fish or sprinkle onto veggies while cooking for a Medium heat with a garlicky kick.

• In a bowl, add all the seasoning to 500g of your chosen protein.
• Drizzle with a bit of oil and get rubbing.
• Cook as normal in the air fryer, grill, BBQ or oven until fully cooked.
