Ingredients: Sugar, Salt, Potato Starch, Modified Maize Starch, Dextrose, Acidity Regulators (Sodium Diacetate, Citric Acid), Yeast Extract, Herbs and Spices (Parsley, African Bird's Eye Chilli), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Stearate), Flavourings (Lemon), Sunflower Seed Oil, Turmeric Extract.

Preparation: Oven cook: From Chilled. 1 Preheat your oven to 210°C (190°C fan). 2 Add four chicken breasts (around 500 g) to the bag with the seasoning and give it a little shake so everything's evenly coated. 3 Fold the open edge of the bag twice so it's creased, pop it flat on a baking tray (with the fold facing down) and onto the bottom rack of your oven. 4 Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked.
WARNING: FLAMMABLE BAG. DO NOT USE IN A GAS OVEN. Electric oven only - make sure the grill's off and don't exceed the specified temperature. Bag expands while cooking so leave space between the sides and top of the oven. Be careful when re-opening the bag, contents will be hot. Don't reuse the bag.
