4 1/2 Apples, 2/3 of a kiwi, 1 1/2 bananas, a slice of pineapple, a bunch of spinach & 1/3 of a lemon per bottle. Contains vitamins C, B1, B2, B6, E. B2, B6, C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. B2, B1, B6, C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Chicory inulin contributes to normal bowel function by increasing stool frequency. A serving provides 3.7 g of chicory inulin, the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 12 g chicory inulin, which can be achieved by combining this drink with other sources of chicory inulin.
