Blackthorn Sea Salt is traditionally made with 100% Scottish West Coast sea water and nothing else. Patiently trickled through a Scottish Blackthorn tower whilst being evaporated by the exhilarating west coast wind to create sea salt crystals that naturally enhances the flavour of our flatbreads. We believe the simple, natural goodness of oats is for everyone to enjoy. Our gluten free flatbreads are packed with mighty wholegrain oats and baked in our dedicated gluten free bakery. With plenty of room for your favourite toppings, they're a deliciously light and crispy alternative to your lunchtime sandwich - and just as good with soup or salad.
