Hazards and Cautions

Intended use: This test can be used to screen for occult blood in a stool sample as a screener for bowel health and provides a preliminary test result based on a simple home self-test. It has been designed by experts to qualitatively detect levels of faecal occult blood. This means that while it will give you a good indication of whether you have bowel health issues that need investigating, you’ll need a secondary analytical test or consultation with a healthcare professional to confirm the status of your bowel health.
•  For self-testing in vitro diagnostic use only. Do not use after expiration date. • The test should remain in the sealed pouch until use. • Do not eat, drink or smoke in the area where the specimens or kits are handled. • Handle all specimens as if they contain infectious agents. Observe established precautions against  microbiological hazards throughout all procedures and follow the standard procedures for proper disposal  of specimens. • The used test should be discarded according to local regulations. • Humidity and temperature can adversely affect results.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Store in a dry place at 2-30°C (36-86°F).
• The dipstick test is stable until the expiration date printed on the sealed pouch. 
•The dipstick test must remain in the sealed pouch until use. 
•Do not freeze. 
•Do not use after the expiration date
