Diced speck 30g
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder for savory cakes
1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
Salt and pepper t.t.
Extra virgin olive oil 10g

Method:
In a mug, combine the egg, flour, baking powder, oregano, Mutti Parmesan tomato sauce, speck, and olive oil. Mix well and clean the edges of the mug to ensure even cooking.
