Creamy Tomato Eggs

• Ingredients for 1 person: Mutti Pasta Sauce with basil 280g, 2 eggs, Extra virgin olive oil 15g, 1 clove of garlic, Bread (as needed), salt and pepper to taste, rosemary to taste
• Method: Slice the bread and lightly toast it in a pan. Once crispy, rub a garlic clove over the surface and drizzle with olive oil. Add a pinch of pepper and some rosemary needles for an extra aromatic touch. In the same pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil with the garlic clove. Pour in the Mutti Basil Sauce and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Season with salt. Add the eggs and stir gently until they reach a creamy consistency. Serve the eggs with a sprinkle of black pepper and the seasoned crostini. Enjoy!
