To care for the leather, keep it away from water and heavy rain. If the bag gets wet, remove moisture immediately with paper towels, pack loosely with paper, and let it dry naturally. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct heat or sunlight to prevent uneven color fading. Use protective leather gels or sprays to improve water resistance. Superficial marks can often be rubbed carefully with a soft cloth. Dark-coloured leathers may transfer color to lighter fabrics, and dark fabric dyes can transfer to lighter leathers.
